As 2025 begins, Papa Diddi’s Handcrafted Ice Cream proudly celebrates 10 years of crafting premium, all-natural ice cream. Known for its locally sourced ingredients and lovingly made flavors, the brand has become a beloved household name, deeply rooted in its heritage and unwavering commitment to the local farmers.


The story of Papa Diddi’s began in the hottest city in the Philippines, with a father, lawyer, and devoted homemaker named Papa Diddi. Using the abundant harvests from farmers he counseled, he hand-churned homemade ice cream for his six children. Each batch was a labor of love, encapsulating the essence of family and community.


Years later, his son Paul carried on this cherished tradition when he started his own family. Inspired to recreate the childhood memories of Papa Diddi’s ice cream, Paul made his first batch for his children. The response was overwhelming, sparking a journey that led him to enroll in one of the world’s most prestigious ice cream courses at Penn State University in Pennsylvania , USA during the winter of 2014.


Since then, a tradition of making handcrafted ice cream was rekindled. This heartfelt tradition lives on now in every small batch of Papa Diddi’s ice cream. Over the past decade, the brand has introduced over 100 unique flavors, drawing inspiration from local ingredients and global trends. Each scoop reflects a deep partnership with local farmers and the dedication of artisans who pour their passion into every creation.

This 2025, Papa Diddi’s invites everyone to join the celebration.
