Founded in 2015, Papa Diddi’s has remained true to its roots: crafting small-batch, all-natural ice cream using fresh carabao’s milk and locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by Atty. Papa Diddi’s was established by Paul P. Perez, Atty. Diddi’s son, who sought to honor his father’s memory through a brand that embraces community, creativity, and sustainability. Over the past ten years, the brand has introduced over a hundred unique flavors, each one inspired by regional delicacies, Filipino childhood favorites, and meaningful stories from farmers and artisans across the country.
